Guardian Cutting Boards is a very small company -- it is really just me. I am a skilled wood worker, and I love cooking. Making cutting boards makes sense. I don't make many cutting boards, and the ones that I do make, I make to the highest possible quality using sustainable materials.

My lower production volume gives me the flexibility to be very customer focused. I also do custom work.
